Description
The original constitution document of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, signed by its founders. Fellows inducted into the College subsequently signed this register. By action of Council, in 1923 this volume was retired to the College archives. A photocopy of the earlier signatures was made, and new Fellows sign that copy.
